It feels like everything is getting harder. There’s more homework, more friend drama, and something is always changing. Middle school or high school is right around the corner (or it’s already here), and you’re not sure you’re ready.

You’re SO ready to be done with being a little kid. But this next step is a lot. Seven classes. New friend groups. Where do you fit in?

That’s changing too. You’re thinking about gender. Sexuality. Relationships. Identity. You’re figuring it out as you go.

Some kids make it look so easy. It’s like they already know what to do. You’re guessing. And it’s overwhelming. Some days (all days?) you’d rather stay in bed.

And you don’t want to talk to your parents about it. But they keep pressuring you to talk. They act like your life should be easy. But it’s not.

It doesn’t have to be this hard.

I connect with teens and tweens to help them find their truest, most incredible selves. And be less stressed. I help parents understand where their teens and tweens are coming from.

You’ll feel safe to say the things you keep inside. To be your real self. And realize how amazing that self can be.

You’ll have new ways to stand up for yourself. And tools to figure it out as you go. Best of all, you’ll feel better about who you are.
